Graston Muscle Scraping

Graston

Graston muscle scraping is a technique used to break up the tricky muscular adhesions that are commonly referred to as "knots". Using Gua Sha tools and either a topical cryotherapy (Biofreeze, Stopain, China Gel, etc) or cocoa butter to lubricate the region, the muscle knots are identified and slowly worked out with the tool in a specific technique that is comfortable and efficient.
